Insurance Covered Lactation Support

Select Anthem commercial health plan members are eligible for no-cost virtual lactation support. If you are a pregnant or lactating Anthem member it is a two-step process to get started with me for lactation
support:
1. Fill out my form above.
2. Next, enroll in your free Anthem Building Healthy Families program. Information for this step will load automatically for you to complete. You are registered when you see the screen that says "Welcome." Important: Do not click any buttons labeled “Lactation.” That button will not route you to me.
3. Then, you will get an email from Wildflower Health lactation with how to schedule your virtual appointment with me.
